I, Eileen O’Toole, as your principal:
- am committed to the development of a learning climate that provides a rigorous academic program which embraces creativity and technology while developing the individual talents of young people
- understand the importance of empowering students and teachers in attaining their educational or professional goals and dreams.
- will lead an educational environment utilizing my interpersonal and communication abilities to motivate staff, students, parents and community members.
- and am committed to sustaining a community where parents, community members and staff work together effectively toward common goals.
Educators “build” people. Our charge as instructional leaders is to develop the individual talents of young people and teach them to relate the experience of the classroom to the realities of the world outside. I firmly believe that education will break down barriers, promote tolerance, respect and intercultural understanding through analyzing the contributions and perspectives of other cultures. And to this end, in our classrooms we create critical and compassionate thinkers, the future leaders of our world and lifelong learners.
